Terms and Conditions

Conclusion of the contract

With your order, you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods. First you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). However, a sales contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or when the ordered goods are delivered.

When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of 3 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, enter your customer data including the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all the information (e.g. name, address, method of payment, ordered items) again and correct them if necessary before you send your order to us by clicking on 'Order with costs'.

Storage of the contract text

We save the contract text of your order. You can print this out before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation and an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the email address you provided.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full.

Prices

All prices are final prices; Sales tax and shipping are shown separately.

Warranty

The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. Insofar as used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used items is one year.

Revocation instructions

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Sending the cancellation or the item in good time is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

The revocation should be sent to:
